Both a hit and a miss.
We enjoyed our lovely room with a beautiful arched ceiling and a comfortable outdoor kitchen setup. The close proximity to the beach made it easy to access the sun and sand.
Unfortunately, the noise from the bar across the street disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we had hoped for during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy Deluxe Bungalow with comfortable beds and a fantastic outdoor kitchen setup. The location was perfect, close to the beach, and we loved popping over to Higuera Golf Club for a round.
In my wife's opinion, the noise from nearby bars was bothersome for the kids.

The location is excellent, just a block from the beach, and a coffee shop next door makes mornings great. The room features beautiful tile floors and a charming arched brick ceiling. However, the nearby bar creates unwanted noise that disrupts the otherwise peaceful stay. Breakfast options are good, but some improvement in the food variety would be helpful.

The hotel is well-located, just a short stroll to the beach and local restaurants. The staff are friendly, but I faced some issues with the manager's customer service.

cozy outdoor sitting area, convenient access to beach, interesting layout of room
The check-in process took far too long and felt chaotic!!! Dirty pool the entire stay, and the shower not working properly adds stress. Locked doors should really be a priority!!!

Beautiful room and great location
I had a fantastic stay in a Superior Queen Room that was beautifully designed with a charming tile floor and arched brick ceiling. The hotel’s location was perfect. it was just a short walk to the beach and away from the loud downtown nightlife. However, I did notice some noise from the bar across the street, which could be bothersome at times.

The noise from nearby streets was noticeable at night.

We enjoyed the cozy outdoor sitting area each morning. The nearby golf clubs were a fun escape as well. Super convenient to everything. The large water jug was perfect for our stay.
The room felt a bit cramped. It could really use some hooks for our things.

Enjoyed the great location, just 50 meters from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and tried their best to help with the issues. The room we got after the first night was larger and more comfortable, though the shower didn't work well initially. Had to use another room for showers until they fixed it on the last night. Also, experienced a worry when the cleaning staff left our door unlocked one day, which made us anxious about our valuables. The owners were good at addressing our concerns and made an effort to accommodate us despite the hiccups. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory.

The stay was quite mixed. While the room was clean and the staff was really nice, it did need some updating, and we encountered some issues with the shower's water pressure and air conditioning. The location was in a quieter area, which suited us well since we wanted to explore Sayulita Beach, just a short walk away. Overall, it was a decent experience but could use some improvements.
